I am realistic and don't believe in fad diets and forcing people to do things they don't enjoy. I aim to make workouts enjoyable and food too. Everything in moderation to avoid bingeing and being miserable because you miss your chocolate or glass of wine. No one likes being hangry! Whether you are at home, in the gym, or on the road - I will be part of your fitness journey. I will be there to guide you through tough times, to check your form on video calls, to celebrate your wins, and to be on top of all the last-minute schedule changes.
Being a busy mum of two boys I know how it can feel trying to find the time to prioritise ourselves and get a workout in. You can choose to buy an online plan or have customised workouts designed for you to align with your goals. These are reviewed every 4 to 6 weeks dpendin on your progress.
Get macros based on your dietary preferences. I will constantly update your macros to align with your goals. I believe in having everything in moderation whilst working towards your goals!
Do I have to have previous gym experience to train?
No, you don't need any previous experience, I will design a plan that will suit your experience and current abilities.
Do I have to train every day to get results?
No, you can get great results from training as little as 3 times a week. The amount you train is determined by your goals.
Do I have to have access to a gym?
No, I can design a training plan that you can follow from home, in a park, at the gym, whatever suits you.
Do I have to have lots of equipment?
No, I can design a plan based on what you have be it weights, resistance bands or bodyweight exercises in order to help you reach your goals.
What happens if I have questions about my exercises or nutrition?
