12 week transformation challenge

Starting off the New Year with a bang. This series of workouts was designed by me to get you moving and feeling better in both your mind and body. The aim with this program is to progressively overload each week be it with your tempo, form, weight or reps. You want to improve each week so that when the next four weeks workouts are scheduled you are ready to push yourself harder. All you need is bands, a pair of light dumbbells and a heavier pair of dumbbells and you are all set. Please use the recipe books in resources and familiarise yourself with the food tracking section of the app. Check in every week, take pictures and measurements. Remember the scales don't always show an accurate reflection of your progress. I will be here for support whenever you need me. Lets do this!

How it works

  • Once you purchase this plan please fill in the onboarding questionnaire. You will then be assigned your plan and custom macros according to your goals.
  • Please use the messaging area to contact me with any questions.
  • If you are unsure of your form when performing an exercise take a video of yourself performing it and message it to me for feedback.
  • Don't forget to take your measurements and pictures, I look at these more than the scale weight.
  • Please use the food log if you want feedback and have a specific goal in mind. Without visibility of your diet I can't give constructive feedback.
