Starting off the New Year with a bang. This series of workouts was designed by me to get you moving and feeling better in both your mind and body. The aim with this program is to progressively overload each week be it with your tempo, form, weight or reps. You want to improve each week so that when the next four weeks workouts are scheduled you are ready to push yourself harder. All you need is bands, a pair of light dumbbells and a heavier pair of dumbbells and you are all set. Please use the recipe books in resources and familiarise yourself with the food tracking section of the app. Check in every week, take pictures and measurements. Remember the scales don't always show an accurate reflection of your progress. I will be here for support whenever you need me. Lets do this!
