Beginner at Home

6 week resistance training plan from the comfort of your own home. You don't need a gym to get into shape, all of these exercises can be done with a light and a heavy pair of dumbbells and some resistance bands. The plan consists of three workouts a week and an additional HIIT or abs workout to help maximise results. Custom macros assigned to each individual according to your goals. 10-15k steps a day in addition to the plan is recommended for cardiovascular health and low steady state cardio to increase calorie deficit throughout the week.

How it works

  • You will be assigned all four workouts spread out evenly in the week allowing for rest days. You can change this schedule to suit you. I would advise no more than 3 workouts days in a row to allow for recovery if you decide to change this schedule.
  • Macros will be assigned once you have messaged me with your goals and you will be able to track these in the app or in my fitness pal, whichever you prefer. Please watch my video on how to log food in the app which can be found under resources.
